Secret agents in the society?

  I've just mentioned on another thread how in Russia secret agents managed to get into high postions of authority in the society there in order to keep a watch on what they were doing.
  I believe this has happened in other countries to.
  So how about this, do the British and American goverments have infiltraitors in the society to keep a watch on them?

  It seems an obvious thing to do if you are in power, you somehow need to keep track of what fringe groups are doing.
  Could they even be high up in the org if they are there?

  There was an article in one of the newspapers this week that claimed over 1000 organisations in Britian are involved in secret obsevations of individuals and groups for various reasons.
  It seems possible that they would want to keep tabs on groups like the witnesses.

  I believe you are onto something there. My studies of Perfidious Albion has convinced me that British masonry and intelligence is the core apparatus by which the demons have controlled certain aspects of the world for the last couple of centuries. For example, Zionism is not by nature a Jewish movement, but was devised over a hundred years ago by the British, and has served as a means whereby they have insinuated their control over an entire region of the world and they retain the trigger to detonate a war when that becomes necessary. There is also some credence to the theory that the same secret circles are controlling the fundamentalists movements today, which are unquestionably linked to Zionism.

  I have been of the opinion for sometime now that Satan has agents and moles placed deep within the Society who are like the terrorists' sleeper cells waiting for the right moment to sabotage the Society from within. Their subtle influence could explain how the Wt ended up as an NGO. It is definetly going to be interesting to see how Jehovah let's this thing play out. / You Know

  If there are "secret agents" infiltrating the Watchtower Society there will be counter espionage agents working for the WTS. Some of these will be looking for the government agents while at the same time others will be looking for "apostates". Some though will be double agents working for the society while slyly passing on secrets to their government handlers and Randy Watters.

  Remember next time you are working with little old sister Burgess, be careful what you say. That hat pin is a really microphone and everything you say will be saved for later transmission to the WTIA.

  I recently read an article on how the government has kept tabs on groups like the IRA.
  Basically they need insiders. If they can not get anyone to turn traitor they have to use secret agents who join the group they are investigating.
  Often in order to join dissident organisations these people will have to prove their loyalty.
  This will sometimes involve doing hits or setting them up ,for the organisation they are going to be part of.
  There is a great moral dilemma involved. Is it right to carry out acts of terrorism in hope of preventing further attacks?
  This dilemma has often prevented agents from infiltrating terrorist groups. This was talked about a lot after the 11Sept attacks as a reason why the Americans did not have enough inside information on the terrorists. They had not in recent years been willing to take innocent lives in order to gain the trust of these underground organizations.

  Even ona smaller scale agencies like Mi5 and other certainly do gather secret information on suspect people and groups. This is their purpose.
  It is naive to think that only the Russians would go to extreme lengths in order to find out valuable information.
  Although in modern times surveillance is more likely to be used their is always the possibility that there are inside informers.

  Amidst 7,000 plus Bethelites yes there are some moles. And logically and factually there are pro-Watchtower agents to defend the organization. These they call their "angels" who do seraphing work to keep the organization clean of apostates, outspoken dissidents, those engaged in adultery or oral sex etc. The human angels are disavowed of course. They are also sometimes called congregation detectives. Do you know of any oppressive major organization that does not have internal police?

  Hi Sleepy: I doubt that ther US Govt spends money and time on infiltration of the Society, with the exception of war time, such as WWI or WWII.

  The FBI and ATF have infiltrated various neo-Nazi / White-Aryan groups in the USA because of fire arms. In the 1960s and 1970s they were definitely infiltrating the KKK as well as various Black American groups.

  Realistically: While I doubt that there are undercover people inside the WTS, there could be other things happening that might give the impression that there are operatives inside the Society. I have no doubt that since 9/11 that any Organization doing business internationally has been monitored for all its business activities, such as banking transactions across international borders. I am sure that such organizations have had all their subsidary organizations identified. And the FBI or CIA could have hired people to work on such a project apart from their regular jobs, such as ex-Mormons or Ex-JWs who might have useful information.
