EXACTLY. WTS DOES THIS KIND OF MIND FRAUD ALL THE TIME SO PEOPLE WON'T THINK IT APPLIES TO WTS ALSO (SO THEY THINK).
When I read paragraphs 11,12 and 16 I at first got the impression that the writing dept. was encouraging some type of reform without admitting their attitude and manmade rules are the problem. The end of paragraph 12 sums it up "self-righteous,faultfinding,judgemental and demeaning. Paragraph 16 "always looking for and highlighting the flaws in others(denominations)" The leadership are experts in this,undoubtedly they can't see the rafter in their own eye.
By not using modern day specifics within the congregations, but rather making broad generalities referring to the Pharisees and putting the blame on the elder bodies tells me the leadership continues their policy of denial(that they are the root of the problem). Won't see any apologies soon.

Makena --- I know how you feel, although we lucked out and she didn't succeed. She made one heck of a serious try, though. What especially horrified us was that she is a very methodical and deliberate individual who hates failure. It was an overdose and either she didn't calculate the amount right or she has the constitution of a horse. At any rate, she still suffers side-effects from it in her legs.
Things are better now and her situation has improved enough that she's out of danger now. However, it changed my viewpoint. I'd already been DF'ed for some years but was just letting it ride. No more. There's war in camp.
