The general feeling seems to be the Power is first, then all else falls into line.......
They have a perfect setup. They read the "accounts report" every month from the stage at the local hall. This "transparency" tricks everyone into thinking that it isnt about money because the average hall has a few thousand in the account.
They don't read it at our KH anymore. Just post it on the board in the back of the KH, and the expenses are all in one LS, nothing itemized.
Plus, cost per pub for use of regional Assm Hall just took a hefty hike, even though it's over 25 years old and would have been paid off under any traditional arrangement resulting in lowering of costs. This should produce probably $3000-$4000 additional per weekend. Where does the money go?

Still, I do not see where the GB abuses the wealth of the WT Corp. Surely, NOTHING resembling what tele-evangelists do or like Corp America does with Leer Jets, luxury cars, ostentatious homes, etc.

As long as they can invent reasons why their prophecies failing are the fault of the R&F believing the lies of the WBT$ in the first place they're on a winner. Just like the 1975 lies. When it failed they guilt tripped the R&F for believing it.

I think the G.B will continue to sit at a table and approve the latest " new light" knowing the sad role of time had exposed the pages of there historical bullshit, which they are aware of. And my honest opinion is that one or two of that G.B get SMILES and LAUGHTER from this. I really believe that.
nh&h - The GB have a comfy life so I'm sure they get jollity and happifying laughs from it. While people suffer they thrive pretending it's all in God's name. The 'mind cleansed(tm)' lap it up, justify it and carry on deluded to their graves penniless.
