ProdigalSon, I can debunk the 9/11 conspiracy theorists with one simple point.
To wire a building the size of of the WTC, it would take months and months and months. A building half the size of the WTC towers (J.L. Hudson Building) took 4,000 charges and seven months to rig it to be able to explode. That was in an empty building. WTC had 100,000 employees working in them. How long do you think it would have taken? And you are telling me in all that time, NO bomb-sniffing dogs noticed anything. No security guards, no employees, no maintenance workers, no security cameras. Nobody noticed anything. Yeah, maybe they came in wearing black clothes and black ski-masks in the middle of the night. If there were constantly holes in the drywall where charges would need to be put, it would have been a dead giveaway! There shoulda been mysterious wires laying around. And you are telling me out of the 100,000 employees in the WTC towers, nobody noticed? Okay, so maybe they hid the wires somehow and they repaired the drywall and repainted it every night. Hey, in a world of conspiracy theories, why not, right? Not only that though, this demolition crew had NO problem wiring a building set to kill thousands of people. Not one of them objected or came forward about the operation to the press. Not only that, they had to put charges in the WTC7 building as well! That's quite the job, isn't it?
Maybe the government paid people off to not talk about. How much money would it take for you to cover up the deaths of 3,000 people? How many thousands? Oh wait, that wouldn't be enough. You would need to be well off for the rest of your life. How many MILLIONS of dollars would it take for you to be bought out? Okay lets take a look at the extensive list of people who needed to be paid off. Lets start with all the workers in the WTC towers. Then you have the officials in the fire department, many of who lost close friends in the "bombing". Then the commander of the FDNY made the decision to kill 340 of his own police officers as well as 60 policemen. Then we have all the researches who were paid off. Popular mechanics was paid off. All the reporters who were there were paid off because they surely would have noticed that something was a little off. Then eyewitnesses who were there had to be paid off because we couldn't have them blabbing either. So all of these people had to be paid off, and not one of them decides to come forward. Is that your opinion of the human race in general? That out of all those tens of thousands of people, if the pay is big enough they are willing to be in on the murder of 3,000 civilians. Would you be willing? What would be your price? Not only that, none of them took the money and then came forward anyway out of guilt or even out of a desire to become the famous guy who brings down the whole government conspiracy. I'd buy that guys book! That's for sure! Not only that, but nobody noticed their neighbors becoming suddenly wealthy. All of the sudden people are getting millions added to their bank account and nobody notices? The persons family, neighbors never notice this persons massive increase in wealth?
Do you begin to see how ridiculous it all sounds?
