The CHRISTIAN love here IS warming, dear EP (peace to you!). The love of a false "christ", howvever, is just that: false. Which I have been about her and her "love" for some time, now. Please, try not to.confuse the real with the fake. And that's easiest NOT to do as both are manifest... BY THEIR LOVE (or lack thereof). I had not talked to you before that previous thread that we were on. on that thread I had asked you several questions about your faith...without questioning the fact that you have faith in your lord ...I asked you to explain to me the reason for YOUR faith. I was not trying to trip you up in any way, I have no reason to...I was asking questions. questions that you refused to answer but chose to use abusive language toward me. I did nothing to provoke you, you just flew off the handle and your abusive language and childish attitude continued over to this thread...what kind of fruit do you have?(compare galatians 5:22-26) ...your hidden heart has been manifest for ALL to see. Myelaine .... put your pointy finger finger away, put down your bible and step away from the Sprout. She's not the first person whose faith you have questioned.

I know Sprout and she has nothing to hide or defend as far as her faith is concerned. The very fact she has a faith after going through all the things she suffered because of that ridiculous cult is truly amazing. YOU, as a so called believer, should rejoice with her. Instead you to want to destroy her faith by calling into question what she believes in and who she really belongs to. Trust me, after what she has been through you really, really don't need to do that

Carry on with your own faith if it makes you happy......but it is very borgish to tell others that only you have the correct understanding. Let others continue on their own journey with Christ, let them learn at their own pace and enjoy the freedom they now have.

Sprout has told you to leave her alone, so why don't you do just that.

By the way the love you send and the big heart thingy, well it just don't wash with me. In my opinion anyone who hides behind a baby (your avatar), can't be trusted.

I had asked watersprout to explain her faith to me and why she has faith in her lord....isn't this the reason for the great commission?...to share your faith so that others can understand and perhaps make a choice to investigate further if that faith is something that might resonate with them...ie: if I believe that I am not being filled in my spirit...and there might be a God who can fill my spirit...I might be searching for God. if God is aware of this searching He might place someone in the path of the searcher in order to bring about dialogue towards the searcher identifying God. How was watersprout helpful in pointing me towards her God?..."Go therefore and make disciples out of all nations...teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you"matthew 28:19-20

I understand that many people that were and are JW's have been victims in many ways...and that hurts me because I was a victim too...If you don't understand that my desire to discuss with watersprout the finer points of her faith were to help her to understand WHAT she affirms so that she can in turn pass it on then you don't understand one of the reasons for spreading the gospel...helping others to stand in the evil day...this was evidenced in the early church...paul and the apostles taught others about the faith and they reinforced the "reason" for their faith by teaching them. one of the first principles of the faith was that Jesus was the Lamb of God...john 1:29. if watersprout doesn't like the bible because she thinks that the OT God is evil...then WHERE is she going to get the foundational truths to even speak about Jesus being the Lamb of God that takes away the sin of the world?...seriously...

following the course she has set for herself...who has the potential to be pointing fingers and passing blame on to others for her lack of understanding?...seriously...

so, thenoblelodge...you fancy yourself protecting her from me...but I'm not her enemy...her enemy wants to lead her off into darkness and lack of knowledge...proverbs 4:19...the Holy Spirit caused to be written...proverbs 4:20-22,26...and by extention you can instruct others as the Holy Spirit leads you and Jesus commands you...matthew 28:19-20.
