Some in our family might be balanced , or maybe borderlining on meditation.
The 1st, has used yoga techniques for stretching, pain relief and relaxation.
The 2nd, has laid in bed meditating at night in order to focus on a scriptural puzzle.
And a 3rd, tried the one day fast to clean the stomach,
so any spiritual conclusions made would be more clear.
