I love you, too.
I've just returned from my primary care physician. The conclusion is that I have had a stroke. My thinking and resultant speech are still not normal. I'm scheduled for several more tests, including evaluation by an out-of-town neurologist. I'm on regular medication now - a first for me. It was agreed that my healthy diet is a plus, but, given heredity-related health matters, medication is still needed.
I'm lucky I didn't fall and couldn't get up.
You all pushed me to go. I would not have gone otherwise.
I love you guys and gals!

My dad had aphasia from a stroke; that was the only significant symptom. But he continued to live alone and take care of himself, stubborn old cuss that he was. (Go ahead, say it, I know it's true: like father, like son!).
