I like the nicotine gum. Had a bad craving last night, willing to do a Jack Black... j/k and found a piece of nicotine gum (ran out and need to get some more) in the back room. Chewed on that for a while and felt easy again... thanks again for the encouragement!
I'm also trying to watch what I eat - which is tough going. Seems I want to eat more to satisfy that endorphin high, end of meal cig, etc. I have found that eating sunflower seeds helps. I literally have bags in my vehicle and at home, work, etc... ;0
