Some elders do read the whole letters which may not mean much. Maybe the ones that do read it, will down the rod think of it and wake up or not. It's all up to you what info you want to include or not include. I know they read my 3 page letter since the PO talked to my wife after my DA was announced and told her that what I included was old light or past history.
