I agree with talesin, I feel a shift coming too. It may be that organized religion is put out of business. It may be that we decide that we must learn to live together on this planet or we will destroy ourselves. That could come from a near miss missile attack somewhere in the civilized world. I keep thinking about the movie " escape from new York" and hope that is not in our future. The middle east is exploding and it has to end somehow. Either they find a way to live together or we could be in for some serious problems.
I never did believe Armageddon was literal, it is figurative. If it is figurative then so is paradise.
