JWS are NOT a cult, and not destructive.

    Welcome to the forum!

Please give an example of an organization that you would consider to be "destructive". This will help me to understand your point of view.

Do you have any interest in getting reinstated?

PS: This is not Randy's site.

"...I cant give this site anymore of my time really. .... BUt it really is filled with bitter, complaining people, finding anytihg and everytihng they can wrong with the WT. theres plenty wrong, you dont need to exagerate and make up crap. ..."

Gee.... Where have I heard THAT before??

I think that "Uncle Scrizz" just popped in here for a moment to fire a salvo, then scurried off because this is an "APOSTATE" site [EEEEEEk!! ] and he can't be seen associating with [gasp!! ] "KNOWN APOSTATES" - he's got to attend those meetings regularly in order to be reinstated so he can talk to his kids again....

Instead of cult, you could also use high control group. When a JW hears you describe them as a group, they feel like you think they're not important. When you say cult, they like it because it makes them feel persecuted. But they don't like being called a group at all. Doesn't make them feel persecuted, just redundant.

Also, since the literature never talks about what to do when somebody says you're in a high control group, they don't know how to answer.
