  Because those ARE cloven HOOVES on those animals - which indicates you're looking at someone's artistic rendition of GIRAFFES...

  Here's the thing. I watched Crocodile Hunter. Steve Irwin, remember him? He caught Croc's (not the shoes). He also died underwater at the hands of a dangerous fish.
