Is it still able to be ordered at the counter?

Just to be sure, are you referring to the Kingdom Interlinear Translation?
If so, I heard it is out of print. Not sure is still available.

I used to work at literature long time ago, They did not have it in stock. I do not recall special ordering KIT. I just do not remember. I do not think so.

yes, Kingdom Interlinear Translation, but can they be ordered through the kingdom hall?

I read one of the reviews in the above link, yes you can get it from the counter. In 2009 and 2010, He said you can get it for free. I do not know if they still do carry it. I think they still do.
