I worked late last night and I see this thread has not been touched for over 14 hours, ceaders I hope you have gotten the six more that you need. Please let us know. I am really hoping this does some good.

Thanks LITS - I have started a new thread to notify people that the survey has been temporarily suspended, because we hit 802 responses and it is now time to migrate the data onto a new identical survey that will have its own website! Once this has been done, I will be posting the new address for the survey on a seperate thread.
Thanks to you and all the others for your help and support with this!! Keep it up once the survey is re-launched at its new home!
