Does't the fact that you are indeed an ex-JW and that you are active here on an apostate, anti-JW website talking about her and other Witnesses behind their backs show that she was correct in her assessment of you?
Just sayin :/

Explain Teary How my asking her a simple cleaning question in my Fathers home rates as 'Spiritual danger " ??

So Teary are you an apostate too ? You are spending alot of time commenting on an apostate exjw website ......just saying

That was rude of her! She's in somebody else's house being paid to do a job, and gets snotty with her employer's family? It's not like you were criticising her work, saying "you missed that spot".
TM, you showed a lot of restraint not giving her the boot right then and there!

T.O.,
No, it does not.
She said that she doesn't know her standing.
She broke the biblical rule saying to not judge another.
She also broke the love rule that it does not behave indecently.
Jesus would have smacked her silly.

You should have told her to quit sniffing the Windex and evaluating other peoples relationship with God.... get back to work.....and be a little more "whole souled" about it from now on.

I feel strongly about people being two faced, running someone down behind their backs and so forth and quite frankly that is probably one of the biggest reasons that put me off going to the KH.
Please take time to read Troubled Mind's posts again, she hasn't mentioned anyone by name. All she is talking aboout is a situation that upset her and suggestions on how she should deal with it. At the time the JW was rude to her in her family's home; she wasn't rude back.
Please get this into some perspective and also bear in mind the recent article in the Watchtower calling others "mentally diseased" does that not show you who the unkind people really are?

Fire that "cleaning lady". You are probably better off doing it yourself or hiring a worldly person to do the cleaning--at least you won't get cut off for inquiring about a cleaning compound simply because you haven't been going to every boasting session and pious-sneering every month for the past 60 years. Hopefully, that is one less source of income for that witless to donate to the Worldwide Pedophile Defense Fund.
While you're at it, the Internet has some pretty good ideas about cleaning solutions. Sometimes they are pretty cheap--simple ammonia with a drop of dish soap works well in solution with water for glass cleaner (and is very cheap). Chlorine or oxygen bleach (Oxi-Clean) is good to disinfect. If you insist on professional products, you are going to look for "janitorial supplies" online. There, you can get a whole list of professional supplies from rubber gloves to scrubbing pads to chemicals that are "too strong" for average household use. Be sure you heed the cautions found on those supplies, because some of them can be nasty if mixed or misused.
If you cannot fire that cleaning lady witless, I highly recommend finding who can, and get that person to fire the witless (probably for not doing a satisfactory job). If the work is satisfactory, and you (or the person for who the witless is working for) cannot do the cleaning yourself, you are going to have more problems with that witless. That is, unless you can arrange someone to volunteer to clean--which can be easier these days, now that so many are unemployed and have more time on their hands. Bear in mind that someone still has to pay for the chemicals, but you will be saving money by not paying some "professional(??)" cleaners to do what a relative could do themselves.

My answer would've been:
My standing is that I'm the daughter of your employer. If you cannot respect me as such, I would be happy to find a replacement for you and relieve you of your uncertainities.
