Looks like one sheep mauled another, to me.
"Do you 'crack the bones' of your fellow sheep? Many do--especially when they're down! May we all take advantage of the weak ones in our Christian brotherhood!"

@ wannabefree - Thank-you so much for your "deepness". But I still think that is a pathetic creepy picture/illustration. I truly believe that they (the society or whatever) is slipping, as in no longer being able to put together what I believe to be useful teaching aids.
Also wannabefree, do you really believe this part is accurate. "yet they do make sacrifices, in the sense that they use their time, energy, and resources
to serve Jehovah." Do you really think that they use their time, etc. to serve Jehovah. Do you really think that Jehovah wants them to spend their time driving for miles, often times, to get to a territory that has a half a dozen not at homes that will in all logic be not at home again because no effort is made to change the time of day. And then the trip to the coffee shop is a further use of time, energy and resources. I know full well that not ALL do the ministry like that, but engaged in the routine over enough years with enough different car groups that I know that is not at all atypical. -

What I believe doesn't matter. That is what the article states thanks to Google for doing a scan and convert to HTML before it was pulled from the site.

And @ TheOldHippie - They apparently posted and then removed that issue. Blondie had a link to a site that had downloaded the german issue, which I downloaded and from which the picture was copied from.

The message is clear: "You lazy dubs know who you are, and so do the elders. Armageddon is just around the corner. Now get out there and pioneer!!!"

sorry @ wannabefree - I assumed that you were pontificating on their behalf and it appears you were simply "giving the facts and nothin but the facts" I made an effort to translate just the caption, but of course that did not give as complete as you had. I must try out Google for that.
By the way, at risk of being a bit of a jerk - I still think the pic is rediculous.

Sheep are adorable but they are also incredibly stupid which is why the tower is constantly urging it's followers to be sheep-like.
Seriously, a farmer along the road road from me rented land across the river. To get his sheep to the other side he would tie a rope around one and pull it across. I was amazed to see all the others follow suit. I laughed at this and he said, 'oh yes we have a saying for sheep which is, if one drowns they all drown'. He has had one swim out into a lake and a whole load more followed only to drown.
No other animal on earth is plagued with so many ailments and deseases as a sheep. It's as if they just want to die and the farmers have to struggle to keep them alive!
I think that when the bible refers to sheep-like ones somebody was having a very sick and cruel joke. And as far as the Jehovah's are concerned, in my experience, where one goes the rest will follow. Just watch the dodo's in the film 'Ice Age'.
'Doom on you', they boldly proclaim.
