LongHairGal, you'd think the 'worlds only true religion' would be really out there solving all the problems with the great understanding that has been given to them by god. Helping everyone, loving everyone!

Love this post clarity . . .
Thanks for bringing in this angle. Those of a certain age and over are terribly exposed . . . as a direct result of this cult's deception. A long life of wasted effort.
What get's me too . . . is how they make something black into white in one sentence . . .
It also affords the wrongdoer an opportunity to benefit fully from the discipline received, which can help him to produce "peaceable fruit, namely, righteousness."-Heb. 12:11.
What Df'd, Da'd, or faded XJW would regard shunning as "discipline" . . . it's abuse, plain and simple.
And then to suggest it's producing peace? . . . and righteousness? . . . WTF? It produces strife, anger and heartache, breakdown and seperation. And every other vile thing you can think of.
The WT calls black white . . . and calls wrong right. It's nauseating.

In our area a lot of out-of-area dubs come here to hide from the spouse and they of course are encouraged to sign-up for anything and everything.
There are no jobs here, so they are entirely reliant upon others to fill their needs.
Many of the dubs talk amoungst themselves about their "wink" health problems.
We had one that moved in and tried faking a back injury. She put on the full front, cane and all.
The insurance company sent out a tail to take some pictures etc. They caught her doing some pretty heavy lifting for someone with a claim of complete disability.
Needless to say she magically recovered and even joked about not getting any benefits around others. (The audience was friendly)
It is a real problem with an uneducated, non-trade oriented membership as the WTBTS has.

Others have also stated on how cold and uncaring the vast majority of congregations are. If one isn't attending the meetings, then one often falls completely off the radar - UNLESS one is suspected of 'apostasy'.... In which case, they keep better track of you than they do of the 'regular' members....
This bizarre and heartless attitude is brutally demonstrated by the thread linked below...
