  The men that wrote the Bible are
  as dead wrong as thay come.

  The Bible contains the ramblings of men
  of old. No different than the Koran, Book of
  Morman, and other religious textbooks.

  The Bible is boring.....

  The Bible is the most important book there is. And far from being "boring" it gives satisfying answers to questions that every person asks eventually, such as why humans die and does there exist hope for the dead.

  I wish to inquire about your religious background. Were you ever one of Jehovah's Witnesses? What's your connection with the JW religion? If you've talked about yourself in a previous post, please point me to that post.

  I have no bio nor have I written a life story here.
  I was a witness in my teens and left after serving
  at Bethel. Prior to Bethel I pioneered. I was a true believer
  and blindly followed the direction of the Watchtower. When I
  began thinking for myself,I left the org and decided I would
  research the Truth and came to the suspect the Watchtower.
  The mood at Bethel was that of a funeral home and the
  people were generally unhappy. I grew tired of the politics
  and felt that Watchtower operated as a typical corporation.
  My Dad was a popular elder, but I witnessed the ruin in their
  lives and wondered why they sold thier home in '74. How the
  Watchtower motivated people to do things that are not in thier
  best interests. I was tired of waiting for things to happen and
  decided I needed to take control of my life to avoid the
  fate of so many who invested everthing, only to be let down
  years later.

  Now, the Bible is a nice story to read, but it now bores
  me. You can only read a book so many times before you tire
  of it and desire to move on to other reading materials.

  Well its been nice responding to you and I
  wish you the best in your life.

  P.S. And please don't take offence to some of
  my posts, as I can be quite the sarcastic idealist.
  And my spelling sucks too..

  If Adam had not sinned he would have had an issue with Cain. Cain was a naughty fellow who decided to nail his own sister.

  Incest was best and now Adam can' rest!!!

  Maybe our being born isn't a good thing.

  Are you saying that if Adam had not sinned, we would still all have been born?

  I don't see how that could be possible.
