I know a sister of JWs that had a story of her own life that sounded so wrong. It was so bad. The mother gave birth and the sister tried to save the baby from the murderous mother. You have to wonder. Is law enforcement there for show? How do people get away with such stuff?

The wife and the kidnapper were at one time witnesses but hadn't been in some time. I believe he had started his own religion of some kind and it had some tenets that were the same as witness beliefs. Is this about right? I'm going off the top of my head but quite sure I read about it all some time back. Can anyone link some confiriming data?

OMG, I did not know about their background, that seriously freaks me out and disgusts me at the same time. How are they (the JWs) supposed to be a "spiritual paradise" with scum like that????
