  Wow, a lie on the internet. I am not the least bit shocked. To my knowledge most very large companies donated something for relief efforts. After all most of the world's largest companies had offices in the world trade center. I think it was the Newsweek website that had a graph of who occupied what floors of the world trade center.

  Besides, I will still buy whatever car I like the best, when it is time to buy a new car. I was thinking in about five years looking into buying a Honda.

  Planning ahead, Jayhawk.

  Has anyone found a refutation of the Times of India piece supposedly sourced from Reuters regarding U.S. planes flying over Afghanistan and dropping envelopes with George W. 43's ugly mug on the front and two crisp one hundred dollar bills inside? Obvious hoax, haven't found it on any of the credible news sites includig Yahoo!, which has Reuters feeds, but have not found a good refutation. Maybe the monkey man will come up with one!

  I see and did you know that VW owns Audi? so that cancels that slam

  Also, Daimler committed more than 10 times the amount of GM or Ford. VW 5 times as much.

  I hope to see Americans being 10 times more loyal in their buying patterns when they consider buying their Mercedes over a GM or Ford vehicle.

  And I hope to see 5times the loyalty to VW as opposed to GM and Ford.

  Xenophobia shows its stupidity once again.

  I have friends that work for Reuters. The story about the bills is true according to Reuters. If I can find a link to their story I'll post it.

  As for the article, didn't someone say this was written just a week after the 9/11 attack? By then, who is going to have donated money. Goodness gravy...give 'em some time, huh???
