They look like a Borg alien from Star trek with that stupid ear plug!!! I sat next to a guy having christmas dinner with family and the moron wore this thing in his ear for a couple hours.....BUT NO CALLS!!!!!!! It must be sooo hard to have to pick up the phone and answer it...Jackass! Look at me I'm so hip, sooo coool!

I knew a "Bluetooth Man" once back at a previous job. The guy would stroll into the office with his earpiece attached looking like a right tool. I swear he must have worn the thing in bed. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure they're useful if you drive a lot, and need to take loads of calls. However, in an environment requiring actual human interraction, when your hands are no longer occupied, they are entirely superfluous.
