He could be but he doesn't have to be to be president of one of the WTS Corporation. GB members have to be anointed men.

so 1935 + 74 = 2009. So much for the cut off, but I agrere with the overlap. Hard to bring in younger elders if the cut off was 1935.
What I do find appalling is he's part of the stay ignorant philosphy. His relatives must be rolling over in their grave for what they gave up so that persons of Weaver's generation, (actual, not overlapping), could read and write. Talk about a sell
