So if a girl succumbs to her desires it is her fault if she becomes pregnant. Those poor boys who become aroused merely by being in the proximity of a girl who can't control her sexual urges. They have no control over themselves nor have they any responsibilities.

Oh! I just saw this bumped topic. Nothing to apologize for, in fact I didn't want to make a new topic for this if it had already been posted, so I actually searched the forum for a phrase from the article and didn't see this thread.
