I'm sorry you feel that way with regard to people you don't know who believe differently than you.

Then everyone who would seek and find the Father are brothers and sisters. It is important that we treat our brothers and sisters fairly. It is important to recognize who are brothers and sisters are. What family do you know that is healthy but ignores some family members?

"what is holy spirit" is like saying "what is that girl".

I do not feel qualified to define Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit teaches and leads a person. Holy Spirit comes from the Father through the son. I think that is all I know about that.

One more thing. A blind man leading a blind man, both will fall into a pit (of spiritual darkness). The Holy Spirit lights the way so we do not have to be led blindly.

Yes, but not all the same things. "He who has endured to the end will be saved". At some point in a person's search there must be a realization that The God can and should live through the person and that the mutual love between the person and God is forever.

btw I don't follow anyone as I am very independent and tend to resist being categorised or even brought into a sheepfold (earthly) - this to me is the mark of the spirit

I may not be an expert but it does seem apparent that spirituality in general seeks this and that it's a common theme among most faiths these days.

twtich, most faiths seem content to put their masses to sleep (I'm going to include nihilistic atheisim in htis too)- this has been true in the past and is true today too - in the sense that they are focused on earthly unity and peace the kind that tends toward irresponsibility. Generally a few elite ones are active
