It's been to many years, but I think this is where Doc Dixon lived. We visted with them several times when we were there doing some temp work.

From the pics I saw in the real estate listings it looks like they fixed up these properties for sale.
So many of the properties were chopped up the rooms so as to squeeze more people in them or they would put 4-5 guys in the bigger ones. There were some rooms that had some really nice & expensive furniture. Though the seperate brownstones always had the nicest layouts. GB members usually stuck to the ones closer to work since they were older. -
