went to dinner with a white elderly brother from S. Africa and a young pregnant black sister from Zambia---though she had also lived in S. Africa. We left the restaurant and stood in a sunny parking lot next to a main street. Suddenly this old brother reached out and pulled this very pregnant sister into a huge hug. He had tears in his eyes and said, "For so long, I was not allowed to do that!". She was lovely, and just rubbed his back and smiled at him and said, "It's okay, we do that all the time now." Yes, I cried.

The people who really care won't hurt you on purpose , but if they do, you'll see it in their eyes, for they'll be hurting too.

May we strive to see the bigger picture where we can show love not be caught in self-defensive strife

"I've met Black people who were seemed uttely amazed that I can dance, for instance. "You sure can move....for a white boy"

I have to admit that I just love watching a man who can dance. There's just something about that that tickles me to no end.

Desirous - Bingo!, you win a stuffed pork chop. Earl Butz lost his job as Sec'y. of Agriculture after telling this joke to Pat Boone on a plane trip. Boone didn't think it was very funny.

actually Jonesy I love watching a man who CAN'T dance. They usually don't know it and they take over the dance floor. I was in Vegas watching a guy who looked like Freddy Mercury meets Joe Piscapo with a mullet, high tops, and a pink polo with the coller up. He danced around like a drunk idiot until he annoyed one too many persons and got tossed. Still one of the funniest memories of Vegas
