What part of "TRUE" needs "adjustment"?

  Great analogy Terry.

  I've always tried to wrap my head around their adjustments too.

  The fact is if God is infallible how can anything coming from him need correction? If he cannot lie all things under his direction cannot be wrong by default.

  SO

  Either God is imperfect

  OR

  There is no flawless God

  OR

  He is not directing the WTBT$ because they have been outright wrong; if they were under an absolute fail-safe ruler, this simply couldn't happen. Even if the mortal subjects were presumptuous, their GOD cannot change or lie, so directing a lie would be impossible.

  The truth is always subjectively presented by self interpretation by religious organizations, whats the point of being divinely guided if you don't ?

  You could say there's a Trinity , the father , the son and the holy spirit according to bible theology but its just that Christendom went a little further

  with the cross, embellishing the story.

  I think of the JW theology the same way that the bottlers of Seven Up think of their beverage.

  7 Up is marketed as the UN cola. In other words: our product is NOT what the other products are.

  So, Russell and (mostly) Rutherford began smashing every "norm" in christianity to invent the UNreligion.

  "Religion is a snare and a racket" is pretty silly when the one shouting this slogan is part of a religion!

  Rutherford pulled the plug on every major belief dear to traditional, mainstream christianity.

  Rutherford made the word Christendom a vile curseword in the mouth of JW's.

  Immortality of the Soul

  The Cross

  Easter

  Christmas

  All of the above (and everything else) are OPPOSITE doctrines under the Watchtower spin.

  Un-Easter

  Un-Christmas

  It is all about branding the product in the hands of Jehovah's Witnesses.

  Even THE TRUTH as a phrase is simply co-opting language and distorting it, rebranding it and turning it against the mainstream.

  The WTS. accused Christendom as being false teachers of bible Scripture,

  only to cover over themselves with their own version of false teachings

  and then self proclaim that god was therefore guiding them alone.

  An unusual marketing strategy for a religion to base themselves from

  but since this religion had its own self developed marketing strategy in their

  massively produced printed literature, it was a viable course that had true marketing potential

  and since they announced that judgment day ( Armageddon) was soon to come, this furthered

  the publics view that they better start devoting themselves to this religion.

  Thats why many JWS stay inside this religion in spite of a long list of false pretentious doctrines,

  they still think their lives are going to be spared from destruction if they keep themselves within.

  Like I mentioned before there's no truth in advertising perquisite placed upon religions, they are free

  and unregulated to construct their religion by any means they wish or desire and that is the real " Truth"

  of the matter.

  Stop and think.

  In a court of law a witness is instructed to:

  TELL THE TRUTH

  THE WHOLE TRUTH and

  NOTHING BUT the TRUTH.

  The law clearly distinguishes the fact that you can try to partially limit the Truth and be in violation of Truthful testimony.

  Further, that by ADDING something of your own is clearly prohibited because it colors the facts.

  No omissions, additions, subtractions will qualify.

  If the Watchtower was truly a WITNESS to the TRUTH they would not have to perjure themselves in the first place!

  It appears Rutherford knew how to perjure himself against the truth when he took over the WTS. for himself.

  It seems lawyers always know where and when its appropriate to lie, when in doing so its going to benefit themselves.

  The marketing poetical of the WTS. was well assumed when he grabbed control of it, now he could publish his own version of bullshit

  different that what Russell laid out and take all the admiration, notoriety and money for himself.

  You could say he adjusted the Truth to fit his means, supported in the presence of honest religious virtue.
