They will take a lot less. Looks like vintage 1960's construction- You get a nice parking lot, too! Must be near Paul Blizard in West Virginia.

Who cares how much it sells for...there are plenty of suckers to pay for a brand new one. The WT will loan them money they donated...so they can donate a second time to pay off their KHall...that will belong to the WT anyways...and then there will be some renovations...and the WT will loan them money they donated...so they can donate a third time to pay off the renovations of the KHall...that will still belong to the WT anyways....must I continue?
