'dubs can be the worst employees to have. They aren't interested in OT. They have no incentive to move up as this is all "temporary." They demand certain days off and when they weren't granted, they call in sick. (they all can't go to the same assembly without closing my company for the day). And yet, they feel they are the best employees because of their "honesty", so they demand more than other employees who work their ass off. All because they are God's people and everyone else isn't, so there isn't a reason to consider others.

I don't agree that overall JWs are bad employees, on the contrary, but those are good points.

In any case, almost all of the humanitarian work and assistance that is performed throughout the JW congregations are due to the contribution and effort from individual JWs who, out of their own volition, decide to help the ones who need the most.

The Org as we know, does not contribute a single penny to help these, even though many of these worked for years and years as publishers or pioneers and logically generated a lot of revenue for the Org, most of the times out of their own pockets.

Shameful to see how little the Org takes care of their very own.

My father worked so hard with manual labor. He had to sit with epsom salts baths when he came home. I saw him sweat. After he worked, he completely redid our house. It was a wreck when we moved in. He was not deferential in the KH. Also, he was not deferential with Rutherford and Knorr. His Bethel nickname was the Mad Russian.

He had no respect at the KH. It was his personal business that he worked many years at Bethel. The family motto was never to get involved with the governance in any way. Humiliating things happened. As much as I hated him, my heart would break. The last staw was when an ignorant sister put a hankie over her head rather than ask him to pray. Yet they could sweet talk him to sign for the KH loan. I assume he was a co-signer. They were very open they needed him b/c he owned property. All these low life sisters on welfare, wearing the latest fashions, were deep in debt. He was pressured into loans of money. My parents made them sign notes. They never paid. When my mom mentioned court, the sisters cursed her.

I wore rags and hand me downs. They wore leather riding boots, all sorts of accessories.

I started working as soon as it was legal. All these pioneers said they were disabled yet they were out in all sorts of weather and climbed great differences. Telling lies is telling lies. Perhaps a few were disabled. It was bunk.

Food and gas cost a lot more, and their prices have inflated out of pace with income increases.

But since they're jehoho's special people they should be able to take care of each other financially w/o any help from evil, demon-encrusted worldlies, including Caesar.

Families could move in together, anyone in the house who lost a job could garden the yard to grow food, take in sewing jobs, etc. If they don't do that then they're not really practicing what they preach, are they? Isn't it materialistic to insist on separate homes for each family?

Isn't it nice that witlesses always have a bad guy to blame instead of taking responsibility?

My uncle always said, "never hire another JW because besides being lazy, self entitled, and unskilled they'll run to the elders if you have any problem with them and then you'll get in trouble for their indiscretion".
