I'm wondering if the 4.4% number is reflected in the yearbook stats and that's where they are getting it.
Currently I am too lazy to look it up myself lol...

Where did the stats come from? The Org are now negating the need to publish the partakers numbers, but these stats are out there on TV? whats happening? Confused.com.
