That's what my study conductor started doing! Not only look. She gave me strict instructions as to what I had to throw out, and even checked the following week to make sure I had!

I leave it to you to guess what I actually did with them...absolutely no porn or gratuitous violence was ever there in the first place anyway! She objected to just about any film for an age higher than 12.

I know one elder in a congregation elsewhere in the country who assists ion making a certain range of family blockbuster films that are a household word. Yet a highly influential elder here, the WT Study Conductor, told me I should not be watching such films!

The sad truth, is the R/F believe elders are able to keep their mouth shut, about confidential talk. Confidential talk, Gossip, Rumors are a hot commodity, giving the one who hears them, a rush and leverage! You have not seen "The Organization In Action", until you have first handedly seen elders blackmail each other. "If you tell on my daughter, I will tell the body about your wife's kinky sex toys". A clue, my God Jehovah is not backing men who are flipping him off, by sabbotaging his sheep as well as honest elders.

Never trust anyone who divulges confidences at the drop of a hat. If he told you supposedly true but unknown stuff about your sibling (violating privacy in the process) what's he saying to others about you? Besides, if this stuff he told you about your sibling was unknown to you, are you really gullible enough to believe it? Tred carefully. Good on you for backing away from this immature, trouble-making man.

damn u guys beat me to it. I was shocked what one PO used to tell me. Apparent;y some of his gossiping made the rounds and when it came back to him, he resorted to giving a local needs talk on information that elders may ask about, and that the publisher should keep it confidential. In other words, elders can gossip all they want, publishers cannot. 00DAD, u know the PO, COBOE or whatever frickin' title they have now. His initials are DR

I could give two rats ass what he thinks of me or anybody else in that mind-controlling organization. I'm done with the cult, so that a non-factor in my life. If all it's really about is gossip, rumors and lies, why would I want to waste my time thinking about what the people who participate in that mess think about me or even waste a milisecond of my life trying to clear it up. I would have to really care to do that. I'm none communicating with this brother because he has a poisonous tongue, just like so many of fake-ones in the KH.

This is yet another thing that confirms the ugliest of this organization. They live to destroy people's character and name. I have no intentions on contacting anybody in the bOrg about this because they ALL do it and it would be an exercise in futility, not to mention I don't want any contact with the witnesses. This mess has been going on for years and it ain't gonna stop now. I hope it gets so bad for my relative, that it forces then to open their eyes and see this organization for what it really is (one big fat lie). I'm going to let the chips fall where they may and pray it will be the catalyst to my relative's departure.
