As I expect many of you can guess, I am very sceptical about unproven medical techniques, and find some of the claims made by Homeopathic medicine quite ludicrous. When I was a witness I saw lots of faith in "alternative" medicine, so long as it didn't border on anything to do with demunz, it was probably being promoted by some crank pot sister. I would be interested in what opinions you guys and gals have.

however ther are cases in my own family where i cant argue over the results they have had. deffinite improvements.
personally i think it may work for some but not for all. and that actually is the problem.
It's a bit of a one-sided article. It's impossible to make an objective conclusion without knowledge of the the site or their alleged claim(s).
My first full time job was selling homeopathic medicine for a JW in Australia. I used to lecture Pharmacists. I have since researched and the evidence is that it only works in a placebo level.
Homeopathy was big with some Witness families in my locale. They swore blind this certain 'specialist' by the name of de Vries, I think, could diagnose a whole host of ailments just by looking into your eyes. (Not round the eyes but in the eyes.)
Why the medical profession hadn't taken up this man as one of their own I'll never know.
As much as I value freedom of belief, this is one area that I think governments should regulate against dangerous practices.
With homeopathy, a small amount of herb is diluted with alcohol or water, to the point where the mixture is so dilute that there is not likely to be a single atom of the herb in a bottle of homeopathic medicine. The effect is attributed by homeopaths to energy in the water, but now proven to be nothing more than the placebo effect. It is understandable that people feel for such garbage 200 years ago but unforgivable that today lives can be put at risk over such quackery.

We had a JW in our area who practiced 'manipulating the energy fields' around a person, others Iridology, and finally JWs spent the last of their dollars in a Tijuana clinic downing Apricot seeds and Grape Juice. RIP.
Surely "manipulating energy fields" was demonic?
There was a WT article against the energy field thing. Probably too many jws getting people into trouble.
