If you're not disturbed by the bizarre nature of world events, you're not paying attention. Very weird stuff is happening - and it's not all 'tinfoil hat' conspiracies, either. There is a stunning lack of response to extreme events such as gradual abandonment of the Bill of Rights, the meltdown at Fukushima, the possibility of devastating solar storms, the insistent push towards war by the US government and Israel, the utter lack of legal accountability of financial corporations, a US President with a broadly fictional past, who seems 'out of touch' and out of his depth, who is praised, lionized and generally protected by the media

Folks, something's up...... and we can only guess what it all means.

Forget God's Chariot.

Nuclear reactors melted down in Japan and may be poisoning the Pacific Ocean. I know that's just a tiny, minor event, hardly consequential at all but somehow, for some odd reason, I think it may be important.

A solar expert gives us a 12% chance of a civilization wrecking event within two years. Again, I do know that Kim Kardashian's divorce takes priority.

The US government can kill citizens without trial. They can strip search as they please. They passed a bill that gives the military the right to arrest and indefinitely imprison anyone. (NDAA) They are now stationing lethal drones over US skies. The courts have nearly gutted the 5th Amendment against self incrimination and warrantless searches. Again, I know these things are just trivia.

The government appears to be buying enormous amounts of ammunition recently. I'll bet it's for duck hunting in the fall.
