You'll be alright as long as you're not making money out it. And photoshopping, art, and videos are just fair use.

trust me, im in 'the business': they could. im not talking about making just one, but many.
and yes, they could go after you on intellectual property rights, even if you're not selling them...even if you're GIVING THEM AWAY. doesn't mean they'd win, but they are just the type of org that would force you to defend yourself...just to make you bleed your $$$ away. ive seen it done.
'parody' laws only get you so far...and 'fair use' is VERY relative these days, thanks to the internet.

plus, if watchtower ever found out that I was behind it, specifically...well...there are certain instigatory elements up there in Brooklyn who would take GREAT pleasure nailing my ass to the wall.
