There are no suitable sources that warrant mentioning Sparlock on Wikipedia.
He absolutely should be on uncyclopedia.

I created a Sparlock page today on Wikipedia. It is now pending review.
It may not be approved as Jeffro observed due to the present dearth of neutral, third-party sources, but I did include a few that I found on Google that were close to what may be considered a Reliable Source.
Who knows who else has submitted a new article for approval. We'll have to wait and see. Maybe Sparlock can work his magic!
