Oompa, I recall the post when you were fearful of losing all your JDub employees.
Many here then predicted they would all follow the money.
Sounds like no one has fled from your apostate business plan.
Looks like JWN has a higher success rate of predicting the future than WTS.

i get my own personal revenge and satisfaction by treating all my jw employees like the great friends and employees they were/are and rewarding them the way they deserve

Listener...listen to this...apparently i thought it was supposed to be all play and little work...but that was my prob and im past that now
DOC they overlook "indiscretions" sometimes...and there is DEFINATELY social status injustice there....but they just dont overlook rajin apostates...and no frikkin way can i think of stepping foot in one for a wedding or funeral...so puke at the thought of being appointed ...ugh
and i really did think most will quit and i still do btw...i think they will wear down

I hear ya Oompa. With humour like yours, no wonder all the JWs are still with you.
What type of business do you do? I'm self-employed as well, no witness employees though, thankfully.
Edit: You have employees that won't ride with you to a job? Personally, I hope you aren't paying them mileage so they can shun you!
and i do this despite the fact that some of them will not even ride with me in the same vehicle while on the job..

While attempts will no odoubt be made to wear them down, dear Oomp (peace to you!), the bottom line is... where will they all go to work... where they will receive the same benefits and be treated as well if they leave you? I have no doubt that, while some will attempt to pick away at their consciences, MOST will tell them, "Well, so long as you don't associate with him outside of work. Other than that, it's all business and that's okay."
Most of them are probably not your average JW "fool"... and so, they'll follow the money. In doing that, some will also follow you [out]. Eventually. And I don't state that because I have some special "god" knowledge; I state it because I have everyday, ordinary, common knowledge of the human tendency toward self preservation.

Way to go! If you need to add employees... I can work... although I'm older than most. I just don't know what type of business you are into.
