I agree with 'why ' as stated above. Zero. No one will leave over the video alone. Its not that big a deal to a believing dubbie. A blessing from the slave yadda yadda....
But it may well start a few heads scratching, it may even scare a few studies away.... But i also think it will hurt a lot of dubbie kids as mommy and daddy are scared into taking action against toys that are innocent

It depends on how much effort you put into getting them to trash the video before they know it really comes from the bOrg.

it may even scare a few studies away... .
That alone would be a fantastic result

It's impossible to put a number on something like this. Nobody ever leaves the organization due to one issue alone - it is nearly always the cumulative effect of many individual grievances or pressures. However, the Sparlock debacle WILL have an impact on doubting publishers, and may even lead to some publishers beginning to question their beliefs. I believe the recent thread by breakfast of champions is a good example of this.
Make no mistake, Sparlock IS having an impact! It's just difficult (if not impossible) to quantify.

A 'Devil's advocate' position on this:
Isn't it possible that this vid will actually drive some Jw's deeper into the cult? Some of the more conservative, deeply dependent types who actually think the organization has been 'slack' in it's approach to certain doctrinal matters might actually applaude 'Jehovah's love for us' by this video.
Many of us can remember when the organization was very bold, and regularly so, about positions like this. Those of us who were very immersed [I was one] were just waiting for Jehovah to slap the slackers with things like this.
I am not certain that most Jw's will give it a second thought - the whole superstitious nature of the religion is center for many of them. This is just another 'reminder' from Jehovah' to them of the dangers of 'subtle influences from the Devil'.
Remember folks - Thinking is not the strong suit of these people. Blind obedience is the life they lead. These people will shun their children for life over a single act of 'sin' committed by someone baptized at 10 years old. 99% will not give this little video more than a passing thought.

I guess I can no longer play paper football with one dollar bills.
After all the one dollar is evil because of the origins of the Illumanati pyrimid on the back.
Oh well.
Does this mean I can no longer carry around one dollar bills?

I think the video will strengthen the resolve of some of the younger born-ins to leave when they can. I was born-in and I had several of my own experiences which mirror poor Caleb's. The worst was when I was 13. At that age I new it was all BS. It took me about 17 more years to finally pull the pin, but I did it.
