I have been listening to the interview since 06:30. The lawyer is speaking now. Rick is doing a good job. Only problem is a few gliches where sound was lost. Got to hear Barbara also. Excellent interview so far.

For some reason, I could not participate in the call. My concern is that if this case is novel, an appeals court may very well overturn the verdict. I so much wanted to clarify this with Rick, the lawyer. This case could conceivably be heard by the U.S. Supreme Court. No one has won the battle. We just won an important battle. I truly fear for people's feelings if this case is overturned.
Also, perhaps I am being a curmudgeon, but Rick will get 1/3 of the award if it is upheld on appeal.
