Yes, about question length. the portion I heard clogged the air waves as people made congratulations and extraneous remarks. It helps to formuate a question before you get on the line. I can assure you that Rick knows all the dirt about the WT. The point is for Rick to impart info to us, not fo us to educate Rick. This case was so impt it would have made sense to have some priority to the questions so it was not so haphazard.
I hate when people "educate" an expert during q & a for twenty minutes and then ask an open-ended question at the last moment when people are lined up to ask their questions.

I hope Barbara asks about potential precedent being set and what kind of lawsuits will arise if this is held up in appeals court (for JWs and other religions/groups).

I think Rick the lawyer is doing a good job fielding and answering questions. I like his to the point style. Very clear and concise.

BOTR, the attorney just said he felt pretty good the decision won't be overturned over the first amendment. Don't know if that helps.
