I'm not the most muscular guy so I don't think it would be drawing attention. I have some relatives and friends with really cool tattoos that look like pretty good work. I definitely will want to see a catalogue of work before I commit to a tattoo or go off of a recommendation. Most embarrassing tattoos are the ones that have a quote or a saying and one of the words is misspelled or they use the wrong word (their/they're or then/than).

If you're not too muscular I'm sure anywhere on the arm would look nice.

Be careful about gettting one on your back though. I read somewhere that as one ages, it can sometimes look pretty bad on the back/chest.

Yeah it is pretty sad when it is pointed out to them. Sometimes they can be corrected by a clever artist... other times nope. Yeah I think I'll go with the arm, probably on the bicep.

Wanna thank Aussie Oz for the suggestion to google "bad tattoo." That was an uexpectedly wonderful experience AND very very very wise advice for anyone considering.

Another life ago, I was a drunken sailor seeing the world. But I managed to avoid getting a tattoo.

Now, I would consider an elephant breaking his chain as a symbol of the strength of ex-JW's to overcome their past if they just learn how to mend their broken spirits.

Others I would consider:

Or just WT with a red slash through it

I think the Sparlock would actually not be too bad even without the whole JW video debacle. As regards the smurf one, I think that a real small one would look good just below the stomach or even on the ankle. You could include a pyramidology tattoo right to the WT with the cross through it.

My friend has the nickname Gizmo. He got a rather large tattoo of the Mogwai Gizmo on his chest. Looks something like this:

My two brother-in-laws all have tattoos all over the place.
