@wannabefree: ... I wonder how long it will be before the "Organization" provides do not deviate from the manuscript prepared parts for every single convention part, including Organization approved and provided re-enactment demonstrations. They really should get every part of it under control.
I don't know if you ever did partake in any convention but ALL district and circuit assemblies are fully manuscripted and prepared, even the demonstrations and so-called interviews are word-for-word preparations. This has been the case for 15 years at least.
I don't know if you ever worked in large conventions (7k+ people) in several languages at once but there are backup speakers and the less-spoken language sound people (I did at one point) get CD's with a word-for-word talk for the parts that can't be done in that language for lack of speakers. You can even synchronize the CD roughly to the point of progression in the talks.
