I am not 100% sure about the payphone.............. but I am 100% sure that they are not to use ANY line where there are more phones connected to it, and they are not for any circumstance supposed to use wireless phones (uniden home type)

Pay phone thing is true. WTBS was mad at me for calling, having the investigator call back, and then going in to the office like a NORMAL person trying to get a PEDO off the streets.
Do these guys at WTBTS realize how wacky they sound? Next they will have Elders buy disposable cell phones with cash and a disguise like terrorists. Wait...humm...from what I been reading...some elders are terrorists...
