THIS IS A PRIME EXAMPLE OF AN OPTIMAL NETWORKING PLAN OF ACTION. IT IS ALSO EXTREMELY SIMPLE TO ACHIEVE THE GOAL OF ARMING THE PUBLIC WITH FACTUAL INFO RE: RECENT CONTI CASE.
