For doofdaddy and his Bear's Tale ...

    O, melting moon,
    She drips puddles
    Of light about my
    Feet ...

    Achingly, she lets out
    A tiny groan, allowing
To slip a sole and final
    Beam

    That will caress my febrile
    Brow, to reassure that ever-
More I will be La Luna's only
    Love.

    Thank you, dearest Baba!

I always love when you saunter over and leave your gracious mark ...

    Bonne Nuit!

Oh, CoCo... that causes to melt, it does. (What a haunting, heart rending tale has followed you these years, Dearest Doofdaddy! Just hearing your rendition of it... now I too lament for the moonbeam bear.)

I just picked up a book at a thrift shop about a girl who willfully leaves her body as her father sexually abuses her and when she is 12 she meets her 12 year old dead sister. The story was so sad but it had a ring of hope. I couldn't leave that book at the thrift shop.

Dang it! I was already fretting about the poem bear, Mrs. Jones, now look what you've done! What a heartbreaking story.

Is anyone going to have tea with me?

doofdaddy -- love your post about the lonely bear and moonbeams poem. Happiest day in my life when I caught a moonbeam and escaped to start my own life. Love the moonbeam theme -- and your poem, Coco. Keep writing!

Many moonbeams to all as we live our dreams/passions.
