Wow, when do you have time to study science? :-)
I said "credible" references. I'm aware that the courts decided against having ID taught in schools as science. I agree with the court decision. That doesn't make ID YEC religion.

binadub - the Discovery Institute are bigger liars than the Watchtower.
It has been said that ID is creationism in a cheap tuxedo. It is not difficult to prove the truth of this description.
I will start a new thread on ID to explain in detail how America went from creationism to intelligent design to "teach the controversy".
Might be a lot later today.
Cofty:
I'll be most interested in the Discovery Institute's lies.
I have to admit though--without seeing what you present--that it rings a bit of JWs claiming that us apostates are all liars. But I'll be happy to look at what you present. Did you look at anything I referenced above. (No--you haven't had time. It was only about 5 minutes ago.)
Edit: Okay, about 15 minuites ago.

Not sure what you are suggesting---but I first became aware of this in my physical anthropology class last fall (where we were assigned that documentary to start with). We covered it in some detail. The court found in favor of the scientists who had done a great deal of research to prove that I.D. was creationism in drag. My text book also covered it. They are cloaking their theology in science.
I haven't personally run any experiments---but I have read the evidence.

Ok this is my thought at the moment:
Einstein came up with the fourth dimension Time and everything being relative and not the same for each observer. Now Quantum tells us of uncertainty and probabilities with string theory using 11 or 12 dimensions.
So maybe Consciousness or this "Known and Knowner" relationship occurs in several or all of the other dimensions and this according to how you want to define it can be called “God” or the “Self” without the need to project into our mind a presupposed personality type as either good or bad based on human judgment,, because it is all that and more . This could also fall in line in what the mystics of all different religions call “Nodularity” the total of everything is one and both it is none,, before time and numbers information can explain or came into being. A premathematical something or other total nothing something a no thing.
Did you look at anything I referenced above.
I read your post but didn't watch the video.
I am already very familiar with the position of the ID movement, who its main players are as well as their teachings and strategies.
Are you familiar with the terms "irreducible complexity" and "specified complexity". You should also research the phrase "wedge strategy".
Edit - I looked at the video. Its a lecture by Stephen Myer on the topic of his book "Signature in the Cell". I have listened to it in the past, it is not impressive.
I promise I will find time to respond to your support of ID later.
I loved how the professor debunked irreducible complexity in that court case. Incidentally, the judge hearing the case was appointed by Bush, and believes in creation. But being a man of integrity, he realized that creationism, and therefore I.D., could not be taught in the schools. He received death threats!
Irreducible Complexity.

Wrong!!! Without Questions there would be no Science! Coming to unfounded conclusions stifles science
