I think the telling thing about this is that these incidents are so common, they have developed a standard form to be completed, and revise it every few years.
You'd think "reducing the danger to our children" would be somewhere near the top of their priorities, given that it "evidently" occurs so often.
Instead, they write volumes on which forms of pornography are disfellowshipping offenses vs. mere "uncleanness", and spend their money on puchasing credit card machines for assembly halls and district conventions.
