# 5. - Has the child received a medical exam ? My thoughts - Probably not if JW's don't even go to the police first reporting child abuse.
# 9. - How many elders felt that the victim was somewhat at fault or willingly participated in the acts ? My thoughts - Any elder who covers over or justifies not going to police with reports of child abuse is guilty of blaming the victim just by his inaction and negligence to report it to police.
