Firstly the scriptures in Kg and Chr that you show, are actually two different theological inspired obersvations of some event in israels history. The truth is Jehovah never talked to anyone in Israel. When seomthing went wrong like a flood or famine, they figured they must have offended Jehovah. However in this case they thought up a slightly different story with Satan using his cunning abilities. THis is similar in spirit to the Satanic verses in the Koran where they claim somehow Satan tricked Mohammad into believing the three pagan daughters of the moon were actually daughters of Allah. Not that long later, Mohammad changed his mind about these goddesses and said that Satan tricked him. Sure.
If you understand how they got their inspired messages from Jehovah its easy to see how they might think they were deiceved by Satan. After all if you read chicken entrails or throw magic rocks anything can happen, and all similar forms are not a great way to make decisions. Before you jump on me, go read about the magic rocks on the high priests chest, urim and thuranim(sp). THis is how they communicated with Jehovah for hundreds of years. THrowing dumb rocks and then making stories up, all the while soliciting gold, money and obedience from the peoples.
There is no Satan or Jehovah, but there are many amazing forces of nature out there, that destroy, kll and also give such as when they bring rain when its been dry for a long time.

It says in Exodus 3 that Jehovah was called El Shaddai, or El of the mountain. Ancient gods love mountains, Zeus of Olympus, Baal, Jehovah, Mount Moriah and Molech. Ive only mentioned a few, but check any ancient religion and they always live somewhere high in the sky or ontop of small tall mountain.
The jewish priest class rationalised that past gods of their ancestors were the same god under a different name. THe important thing was the singularity of their priesthood and authority. God can have many names and forms, but they want all the business. This method of business survives to this day in the Roman Catholic Church. Notice is not Christian but universal thats what catholic means. Rome adopted gods from all their lands and proceeded to make them saints or pretended that they were other forms of xian characters. Eg Mary=Isis, Jesus=Sun=Mithra=Hercules
