I just spoke with someone from KOIN TV and a reporter will be calling me back. I also got an email from another news source. I spoke with my brother in-law again and there is little new information.
I guess the JW's will just have to miss out on a great opportunity to give another sales pitch at a funeral service.
This is all so sad.

That's it, already someone has out done texas ,with the lady running over the transient and letting him bleed to death in the garage.What the hell is the matter with people?This is already one freaky year ,one can only guess at the next outrageous ploy. Even though I know everyone around here is itching to blame the watchtower for this, I can only say that being shunned does not give you a liscence to kill. The Oregonian had a particulary devastating article today (Sunday) on that tragedy. I'm sure dubs are going to take a lot of shit from people who read that (First Page Headline) article.
The article convinced me that the fucking WT Printing and Lying Corporation bears a ton of responsibilty for what happened. The poor family was just trying to leave California for Oregon and get AWAY from those WTS-drugged dubs, but no. The fucking WT Corporation does everything in its evil power to make sure your life is as miserable as they can make it.
No wonder the poor guy lost it. You know what his WTS "crime" was that got him DFd and started the downward spiral that caused him to do such a horrible thing, according to the article in the Oregonian? He spoke out about the dub hypocrisy he saw all around him.
He told the truth, was punished in the worst way for telling the truth, went ballistic and now six people are dead, including himself, because of rules set in place by that WT CULT.
I'm making a guess that he (still being driven by WT cult thinking) thought that if he killed his two sons, his two daughters, and his wife, that they would receive a resurrection and not be destroyed at Armageddon.
It is so sad what this religion does to people. It makes me swear profusely for one thing.

Kist, I've been out of the JW religion for thirty years, so I don't keep up on Kingdom Halls. (I'm in the Kingdom Hall demolition business.) But my children lived on Burton Road for about 7 years!See you at the Van Mall, then!

Fark & Kist both. I am well familiar with Salmon Creek Cong. Even helped with the remodeling some few years ago.
I don't get up around Burton Rd much, but did go to Central a few times (current dub wife goes to Central). There's also one over on Stapleton Rd that I went to a couple times, but that was some time ago.
Just adding a note to Farkel. If you are currently in Salmon Creek, you aren't that far away. I am right off of 88th Street myself.
If God's Spirit is filling a Kingdom Hall, how is it that Satan can manuever the ones within that Kingdom Hall at the same time?

I hope you don't get pissed at me (really I don't care) but, I gave your nane and number to the reporter from channel 6. He is looking for someone to go on camera. Since my mom is of very poor health and me showing up on TV saying how fucked up the JW's are would end up killing her I passed the opportunity to become a TV star on to you. I don't know if you have a mother or father or if the guys in the lab who cloned you would get upset if you showed your little face on TV so I gave it a shot. If you end up with your own sitcom over this I want to play the disgruntled younger brother.
Expect his call. I really hope (a tiny bit) you don't get pissed.
