You can't lose "Jehovah's spirit" any more than you can lose Allah's spirit, The Flying Spaghetti Monster's spirit or Huitzilopochtli's spirit - you never had it to start with because none of them exist.
You need to wake up and realise that it's all a load of made-up crap and your mental health will improve amazingly!
The only spirit you could feasibly lose is something like a bottle of JD.

Hey Dismal Bliss - there is a scripture that says - when you ask god for forgiveness your sins are as far removed as the east is from the west (something along those lines and I have no idea which scripture it is)
Don't beat yourself up about it. If you are prone to prayer, ask for forgiveness and instantly it is removed - that is what the god of the bible promises. There is no reason to feel guilty. It would be good to sincerely apologise to your wife.
May I ask why it is you have chosen to go back to the faith?
